Privacy
When you send an inquiry through this site, the server stores what you type: your name, phone or email, city, roof type, and message, along with any campaign tag, property address, UTM tags and referring site that came with it. The booking page and the storm-response page (/storm) also store your name, phone, and property address.
It also records the page you sent it from, the time, whether the notice reached Justen, plus a hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, kept only to help block spam and abuse.
That information is used only to respond to your inquiry. It is not sold or shared with advertisers. It may be forwarded to Justen's email or CRM so he can reach you back. If you give an email address, you get one automatic confirmation reply; no other automated email is sent.
If you book a time at /book, the booking runs on Justen's own scheduling server at book.justennewton.com. Your name, email address and the time you pick are stored there to run the appointment and to send its confirmation email.
Separately, when you view a page, click a phone number, click an email link, or start filling out the inquiry form, the site records that event (the page, which link, any campaign tag and the domain of the site that referred you, a hashed form of your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string) so Justen can tell whether the site produces calls. No cookies are set. Three sessionStorage entries are used, each cleared when the tab closes: “jn_attr” holds the campaign tag and referring site for the current browser session only, “jn_storm_dismissed” holds only the date of a storm notice you dismissed, so it does not reappear for the rest of that session — it is purely functional, stores nothing but that date, and holds no personal data, and “jn_estimate_v1” holds your answers to the estimate walkthrough on /estimate/ and is cleared when you send them or when the tab closes. If your browser sends Do Not Track, none of the page-view or click logging runs, and no tracking data is stored.
This counting is first-party only. It happens on this site’s own server, and until you load a Precision gallery (see below) the site uses no third-party analytics, advertising pixels or cookies. What it counts: page views, clicks on the phone number, clicks on the email address, the start of the inquiry form and the submission of the inquiry form.
This site is hosted by Zeabur, on a server located in Silicon Valley, California, in the United States. Inquiries, page-view and click records, and spam-block records are stored on that server. When an inquiry comes in, the notice email to Justen is sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
All web fonts on this site, including the Hurricane Isaias pages, are served from justennewton.com itself. No Google Fonts or other third-party font service is used, so opening these pages sends no font request to a third party.
The homepage can show project galleries from Precision Construction and Roofing's own website (precisionconstructionandroofing.com). Nothing loads from that site until you click to open a gallery. Once you do, the gallery comes straight from Precision's site, and Precision's own privacy practices apply to it, including any analytics they use. Precision's pages run their own tools once loaded: Google Tag Manager, ActiveCampaign and a Facebook chat plugin. Those tools can set cookies and collect data under Precision's and those providers' own policies, not this site's.
There is no automatic deletion. Inquiries, page-view and click records, and the small records kept when a submission is blocked as spam (the time, a hashed IP address, the reason and the page) stay on the server until Justen deletes them. To have yours deleted, write to the email address below.
For any privacy request, including a question about what the site holds about you or a request to delete it, write to contact@justennewton.com. Residents of Florida and California can use the same address. This notice describes what the site does in plain terms. It is not legal advice and it does not create any promise beyond what it says.
